Our speaker today was President Keith!
He started with thanking 4 Club Directors who won't be on next year's Board - Paul TC, Rob C, Tracey D, and Paul McM for their work over the past many months. Special thanks to Past Pres Paul for the many years on the Board, and for his leadership and support given to Keith.
Next Year's Board, starting July 1, 2027 will be:

First, member engagement—he will send a “start, stop, continue” survey to gather feedback and broaden participation beyond the core group doing most of the work. Second, he stressed creating a three-year rolling strategic plan to ensure continuity between leadership teams and support longer-term initiatives. Third, he encouraged better use of district grant funding, which is currently underutilized, suggesting projects like supporting Haven House or local schools. He also noted potential collaboration with other Cambridge clubs to increase impact. Overall, the focus is stronger engagement, better planning, and maximizing community support.
