President Keith introduced Paul T a long time member and a great Real Estate agent. He has brought in some wonderful new members as he recognized talent in his industry.

Just to name a few - Tony Johal, Katie and Marcia. All great past members of our club.

Paul, Sommer and Christine all work together in Paul's Business. Paul prides himself on ensuring part of the team is always hired to compliment one another in business - each member of the team has different strengths that help Paul be as successful as he has been over the years in Cambridge and Otawa. Paul is definitey an out of the box thinker - even more so now, and he supports his team so that they also succeed in their areas of focus.

Paul, took us through the Kolbe Personality Test - testing your unique strengths -whether you are a Fact Finder, Follow thru finatic, Quick Start or Implentor - all have different traits and certain vocations have dominance in certain areas. The trick always is to hire your weaknesses. 

DISC is four main personality styles - Dominance, Influence, steediness and Conscientiousness.  Different that the kolbe this assesses how an indvidual's personality and behaviour are expressed through these four traits, which represent different priorities on how people interact with their environment.

There were a few others - that also tied into the above assessments - it is also good to pole your inner circle and have them evaluate whether they see you differently than what you think.

Always a good learning tool and any good business is always learning and pivoting to stay current and  ahead of the curve.
