Club Job Openings
Go for it!
Program

Noah Jensen whose accounting firm looks after books went over our financial statements.  He also started off by giving a brief seminar on accounting regulations on what disclaimers can be used.  Because of conflicts of interest Noah  Abstained from any votes .

Of note the Auction was very successful last year and kept our charitable account in good shape despite the loss of Best Bites and the Golf tournament.  The membership account also ended in a surplus position.
John Jonas made the motion and Matt Morris seconded that the statements be approved.

Tom Everrett presented the budget.
Only thing of note is membership will spend some of our surplus this year to attract new members.    Membership because of covid   and members relocating in retirement has fallen to 36 members.
Larry Brokenshire made the motion and Todd Lyons seconded the motion that Budget  be accepted.

Editors note thank you to Brian and  Heidi for finding my phone. ( it is only the second time I have lost it  this week. .)

Pres Heidi closed the meeting . I am not sure if we vaccinated anyone as the meeting ran overtime.
