Called to order at 12:33 - Matt L recited the 4-Way Test, Paul McM did an awesome job on the Invocation.

 

Jimmy J reported 17 of our finest in attendance - no guests as this week is a Club Assembly.

Dr. Murray ran the 50/50 draw today - Rena H & George S were big losers, the pot is >$500

 

- Matt L was reminded of an important date fast approaching

- Randy C has been with our club for 5 years!!

- Larry B has been with our club for 30 years!!!

- George S has been with our club for 44 years!!!!!!!

 

- Clayton T - is taking a year away from Rotary - we wish him all the best!

- Roses wrap-up - we netted $7,000!!!  Big thank you to George S who sold 82 DOZEN, Rena H sold 65, Brian W sold 26!!

- Wilf Reick Pitch Day with Conestoga Collage was a great success - Thank you Erica T!!!

- Tuesday November 15 we are hosting 18 Scots during their Canadian Rotary Curling Tour - our Thursday meeting will be cancelled in favour of this Tuesday night banquet - sign up sheet to follow

- Sunday November 27, 2-5, - we will be hosting a Christmas Party here at the GCC; KIDS invited - there will be incredible kid-friendly entertainment :)

- December 14 - Langs Holiday Dinner - we will be looking for volunteers to assist

 

 

- Past President Rajbir - was down in Mexico, spreading good cheer and running shoes to very needy children in small communities surrounding Playa del Carmen; he was also presented with a plaque, honouring his service to their club, that had been misplaced a decade ago!

Today was a club assembly, where we approved our budget for the 2022-2023 Rotary year.
