Program
President Heidi introduced herself.
A lot of information was packed in this presentation.  ( i thought first week was supposed to be easy.)  If this is all the final we are in trouble.  I did my best.
Rotary has a vision.  Together People Create Change
There is also a theme.  Rotary Opens Opportunities

Survey Says We belong to Rotary because of Fellowship and Opportunity.

Our district Governor is Mike Lawrie.  .He has a theme too.  Taking care of each other at home and the Planet.

Some interesting stats of our club.   50 active members 71% male 29% female.   45% members less than 5 years. 31% more than 20 years.

At district training President Heidi  learned that you can't ruin a club in one year.  ( it takes 3)

President Heidi saw 3 main challenges this year.
Lack of Fund Raising
Virtual meetings
Lack of Engagement

Pres Heidi had some interesting ideas about membership.    An archive committee to go through historical files. Then do a show and tell.
Also Throwback Thursday, were a past president shares about their experience and memories of being president.
Members do a Rotary Moment

Do more of regular community service days.
Triclub events and Club socials.

Heidi believes we do a decent job with Communication.   Brian and Randy are very good at social media.  .  Bulletins are really good though Heidi and I are slightly biased..  We should think about sponsorship recognition.
Heidi would like a Strategic Plan done for our club.  Need a committee started..  Also exit interviews done on retiring members.

Heidi has a lot of goals to get a citation.
