Today's Program
Rajbir kicked off the most impactful part of the day by providing an introduction to today’s speaker, Leslie from The Rotary Foundation.

The Rotary Foundation provides funding for Peace Projects, Polio Plus, Disaster Response and Scholarships. There are 11 cases of Polio left in the world! 5 in Pakistan and 6 in Afghanistan. The Rotary foundation works in a 3 year investment cycle, the money we put in today will be used 3 years from now. Did you know 39% of Rotarians donate to The Rotary Foundation and 61% of members do not! on top of fighting Polio another large project they are working on is helping Nigeria with infant deaths. Did you know Nigeria accounts for 23% of all infant deaths in the world?

Tuesday is giving Tuesday, lets all donate to The Rotary Foundation tomorrow.

Larry officially thanked Leslie for showing us the importance of Rotary Foundation

President Rena closed the meeting.
