Today's Program
Lena Introduced our guest Speaker from AMA Waterways - Neil Dudley the Business Dev Manager of the heart of the river cruises. They cruise through Europe, Colombia and Egypt. They are the world's largest river cruise line and your experience is all about personalization and quality.  Depending on the cruise ship it is around 196 guests and size of  suits on the larger boats are about 355- 710 sq feet.  They are the first cruise line to offer a Golf Experience option.  There are no extra expenses when you board the ship - you have the opportunity to bring your own wine from your excursions and it is a luxurious experience from their spa services, food and entertainment.
Not only do they provide fantastic cruises, education and activities but on their MyAMAcruise App you are able to upload and use all the social media and storage to create various photo books and pics are done by days which are matched to the itinerary for the day.
There are definitely a wide range of ships and there are more boutique ships in Portugal and France. They are hosting a few specialty cruises this year - one on Wellness, Beer Tasting and Celebration of Music.
The best aspect of the presentation - the more people we can get to go on a trip together - Rotary friends and family - the more the club gets back to spend in our community.
If we can get 10 people together on a cruise that would amount to $7500 to the club - how about we have a cruise for our 100th Anniversary?????
There was a draw for something cool - and Mike H was the lucky winner.
Jim M thanked the speaker and Paul Mc had the best little Johnny joke about Trump - google it you will be sure to laugh!!
