She’s passionate about helping business owners feel confident in their numbers and bringing clarity to what can often feel overwhelming.

Outside of work, Arlete is all about living life to the fullest. She loves curling, golfing, traveling, going to concerts, chasing a bit of adrenaline, and never misses a chance to have some fun and goof around.

Above all, her favourite role is being an “Avo,” the Portuguese word for grandmother. Her grandkids are truly the apple of her eye and the centre of her world.
