Porchlight and Cambridge Shelter
Jess Boulé is Porchlight Counselling’s Veteran Housing Support Worker and Housing Liaison - Reconciliation and Equity Focus. Providing wraparound services—which include facilitating access to health care, mental health supports, financial or legal assistance, and community resources—Jess offers advocacy and support with system navigation to those who have served. With a background in social work, health service management, research, and program evaluation, Jess is committed to building client trust and fostering collaborative partnerships that support long-term housing solutions. Jess works at the intersection of trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care, coordinating with landlords, funders, and agencies to ensure that no Veteran is, in fact, left behind. Jess believes in the power of relational and community-based care and sees local leadership—like the Rotary Club—as essential to creating lasting change.
