Jennifer Foster Bio

Jennifer Foster is CEO of KidsAbility Centre for Child Development, serving children, youth, and families across Waterloo Region and Wellington County. Appointed in 2024, she brings senior healthcare leadership experience from the Ontario Ministry of Health and private-sector health organizations, with a focus on innovation, partnership, and inclusive, family-centred care delivery. Jennifer is deeply committed to ensuring that every child and youth with a disability has the opportunity to realize their full potential. Through her leadership, KidsAbility remains a place where hope and possibility thrive, supported by the dedication of employees, volunteers, and generous community partners and donors.

Taryn Power is a dedicated fundraising professional who excels at building authentic relationships that inspire meaningful community impact. In her role as Development Officer at KidsAbility Foundation, she forges strong partnerships with individuals, businesses, and local organizations to advance vital programs for children and youth with disabilities. Taryn cares deeply about the wellbeing of the Waterloo Region community she grew up in, and she brings people together with compassion, collaboration, and a thoughtful approach to strengthen local giving. She is driven by the belief that when communities come together, they create opportunities that change lives.
