Rotarian Barbara Lustgarten Evoy, is a proud wife and mother and has been working with youth and their families, with a special focus on mental health and wellness, for over 25 years.  Having worked in politics for almost a decade she now serves as city councillor in her hometown of Fergus, Ontario.  Barb is a professional mediator, hosts 2 local tv shows, is author of two books, a small business owner working with struggling students, and has a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.  She is the Canadian coordinator for RAGAS (rotary action group against slavery) and is very excited to be launching a new RAGAS, cause based, e-club (the first in the country!) with co-president Manny Virk, with a double mandate of human trafficking and youth & diversity.  The club will proudly sit alongside the country’s first nation-wide, “RAGAS in Canada” committee.
