The IMAX Guy

As a machinist who trained in various industries during the heyday of manufacturing in Southern Ontario, I was very fortunate to have found my way to the Camera Department at Imax Corporation over twenty years ago. My beginning with Imax coincided with the ending of the involvement of the original founders, having sold the company to an Investment group. Ironically, the opportunity for me to tell a bit of my story in Cambridge is actually where the Imax story had its beginnings. Thank you for the opportunity to share some perhaps forgotten local legacy.
