Sally Sarachman (pronounced Sare-ISH-man)

Sally was raised in the Niagara Peninsula where she began working in the advertising department at a group of small weekly community newspapers. She went on to work at the Hamilton Spectator before moving to this region when she joined the advertising team at the Waterloo Region Record and then CTV Kitchener/Virgin Radio/KFun.

Through volunteer work, she developed a love for community building through fundraising and decided this would be a meaningful career path to follow and hasn’t looked back.

She’s proud to be a part of the Camino Wellbeing + Mental Health team and still pinches herself that her days are spent feeling inspired by this incredible community and the neighbours who step up in so many ways to make Waterloo Region such a caring place to call home.
