Kim Decker –Biography

Kim has been the Executive Director of YWCA Cambridge for the past 32 years. Kim is an ambitious and dedicated leader who uses a proactive approach to capitalize on opportunities and problem-solve challenges. She is a passionate advocate for gender equity and has dedicated her career to working with, and for, cis and trans women and girls and non-binary and two spirit individuals. Kim encourages open and honest dialogue so that we can work together to create a community where women and girls are respected, valued and equal.

Kim is a life-long resident of Cambridge where she and her partner have raised two sons. Most recently Kim was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Chamber of Commerce Community Awards for her work with YWCA Cambridge.
