John Higuera:

Cum Laude in computer and systems engineering, and Master of Educational Technology and Digital Competencies from the University of UNIR in Spain. He has been a Professor of Multimedia Development, Video Games and Digital Interactive Experiences for the last 11 years at three different Universities in Bogota, Colombia, for Graduate and Undergraduate Programs. John has been the Director of Software and has worked in multimedia and simulation development for more than 14 years, including being one of the founders at Higuera Studios SAS (H3), one of the leading digital studios in Colombia. Previous experience leading a technology-based company for more than 13 years and as a partner in other digital and technology-based service ventures has ncallowed John to develop the skills to understand digital business and enhae his technical expertise. This has allowed him to lead the creation and shaping of a digital product, understanding the detail of its operation, requirements, progress and difficulties.

Andrés Otalvaro:

As CFO of Flash Reality Inc., I will leverage my extensive financial expertise, strong leadership, and innovative thinking to ensure the company’s financial health, support its growth trajectory, and drive the execution of strategic initiatives that position the company as a leader in the virtual reality industry. My goal is to foster financial resilience, enable data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge VR training solutions.

Highly experienced in the global and Canadian banking sector, with a postgraduate degree in Strategic Global Business Management and specialized in Innovation and entrepreneurship from Conestoga College.
