Mike T. - moved into their new "space" this week. well half way moved in he said!

Noah - His daughter Ruth turned 5 years old! This prompted an entire conversation on raising kids, especially through their "teenage" years, where Noah will become stupid and "not understand" for a decade

Heidi - Taking her son's significant other, Kelly, to an ultra sound to find out the genders of their expectant TWINS. And we were feeling sorry for Noah and the upcoming teenage years?

Katie - 7 months sober! that is fabulous Katie!!!! and also 20 pounds lighter

Todd - He raised his hands, but didnt share any good news. Although Heidi jumped in to compliment his "nice hands and small feet".....somtimes I feel like I am missing something during these conversations. I need to ask if I am the only 1?

Roger - The project to help India through COVID has been extended for a couple more weeks?

- $110K has been rasied so far across the district

- We have made a deal with an NGO in the US to use their distribution system so we will get the concentrators there sooner. In addition, they will match our contributions one for one!

Roger quote...."when you do things from the heart, good things will happen"

Heidi - mentioned something about membership fees being due, but I wasn't paying attention

Heidi introduced our speaker; Melissa Roth from Pavey Law

Melissa spoke about "Case Law Impacting Employees" and other COVID19 related employment issue

She mentioned the impact of "Adele" on Ontario businesses and I spent the rest of the presentation trying to understand what an English singer had to do with COVID19?

Turns out she said "IDEL" - Infectious Disease Emergency Leave. Oops. God thing I got the presentation and will send it separately.

Katie thanked Melissa for sharing her knowledge in employment law and clarifying so many COVID19 related issues
