Rob joined our club earlier this year but is no stranger to Rotary we first met Rob when he was serving as Food & Beverage Manager at the Galt Country Club. Prior to his time at the Galt Country Club he was working with other chapters when he owned Ernie’s Roadhouse from 2005 – 2016 by hosting an annual golf tournament.
Rob lives in Sheffield with wife Kara Cox, with two kids, two crazy dogs, and 13 chickens. Rob is involved in youth sports by coaching U9 softball and soccer. Enjoys the country living by tending to the vegetable garden, cutting grass and chicken keeping.
Rob spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry owning and managing different operations including the well-known Ernie’s Roadhouse, recently changing careers to accommodate more family life and of course time for BEST ROTARY CLUB AROUND he now enjoys his career as a Insurance Agent with HD Mutual Insurance.
