Bio

Karen’s favourite days have a common element:  something clicks - and people see themselves, each other, and a path forward, in ways not possible before.  Such “aha moments” lead to dramatic reductions in stress along with increased momentum and intention around decisions and action plans.  Karen’s focus is to help individuals and teams find this kind of clarity.  Every workshop and every one-on-one coaching session is tailored to meet the needs of the people involved and the context in which they are living.

Karen is a trusted Personal Coach and Strategic Facilitator.  She developed her broad and deep perspective through a 30-year career in corporate leadership roles at a TD Bank Group, a multinational financial services pillar.  She regularly advises senior leaders and is a facilitator to all kinds of teams, with direct experience in Technology, Operations, Board Oversight and Governance, Project & Change Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Not-for-Profit management.  Karen’s volunteer pursuits include teaching skills to families supporting loved ones with mental health challenges, and consulting with not-for-profit boards and executives.  Her hobbies include singing, cooking and hiking.
