Dahlia Pervez is the co-founder and principal partner at Pervez & Pervez Law, a general practice firm in Cambridge providing legal services  to individuals and businesses in areas such as corporate, commercial, immigration, employment, estate planning, and notarial services. Recognizing the demand for accessible and flexible legal solutions, Pervez & Pervez also offers fractional legal services, helping clients integrate on-demand counsel into their operations without the cost of full-time staffing

She also serves as Senior In-House Legal Counsel at Activate Games Inc., a global leader in immersive entertainment, where she established the company’s first in-house legal department and oversees compliance, corporate governance, franchising, and international expansion.

Previously, Dahlia was In-House Legal Counsel at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), a federal Crown corporation. In this role, she provided strategic legal advice on corporate governance, procurement, data governance, technology, intellectual property, employment, and regulatory compliance. She also supported government housing initiatives, advised on federal legislation such as the Foreign Buyer Ban and the Homebuyers’ Bill of Rights, and contributed to national policy development. Dahlia led procurement and contracting frameworks and launched knowledge management programs to strengthen CMHC’s legal division.

Earlier in her career, she served as a Legal Compliance Officer at the Canadian Real Estate Association, and as a litigation attorney in Michigan.

A graduate of Michigan State University College of Law (J.D. and Master of Jurisprudence) and the University of Ottawa (Honours B.A. in Ethics & Society, minor in French), Dahlia is a strong advocate for inclusion and access to justice. She is committed to community service and embodies the Rotary principle of “Service Above Self” through her legal work.
