Child Witness Centre & Programs

David Morneau has an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. For over 20 years, David represented individuals and families in transition in the Waterloo Region and Wellington County. David spent most of his career advocating for children and youth within the justice system and beyond, ensuring that they were empowered and had a voice. He recognizes the importance of collaboration and tailoring approaches to meet the needs of individuals. David carries this passion for helping youth and families in his role as Executive Director for the Child Witness Centre, which he started in January 2020.
