Cam Linwood – Bio

Cam Linwood is a community builder and passionate advocate for creating inclusive opportunities through sport. He currently serves as Senior Manager of Challenger Baseball with Jays Care Foundation, helping communities across Canada create meaningful baseball experiences for athletes of all abilities.

In 2018, Cam founded Buddy League Canada, an adaptive baseball program in Cambridge built on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy, friendship, and belonging that comes from being part of a team. The program has grown from a small local initiative into a thriving community serving more than 140 athletes with disabilities annually.

Cam is also the President and Head Coach of the Cambridge Ice Hounds Adaptive Hockey Club, where he has helped create opportunities for athletes with disabilities to learn, compete, and build lifelong connections.

Through his work in adaptive sport, Cam continues to champion a simple belief: everyone deserves a place on the team.
